Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure designed to enlarge and beautify a woman's breasts. Patients choose to have this procedure for a number of reasons, including to enhance the body contour of a woman who feels her breast size is too small, to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy or to balance an asymmetry in breast size. This elective procedure is performed under general anesthesia on an outpatient basis.

Mastopexy
Over the years, factors such as pregnancy, nursing and the force of gravity take their toll on a woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. A breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure that lifts and reshapes sagging breasts. Mastopexy can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. If you breasts are small or have lost volume, for example, after pregnancy, breast implants inserted in conjunction with mastopexy can increase both their firmness and their size.

Bleaching Cream, Retinoids & Chemical Peels

This combination of correction, stimulation and protection can help patients return sun-damaged skin to normal, treat acne breakouts, and revitalize prematurely aged skin.

Laser Resurfacing
Laser resurfacing makes use of the computerized control of focused light energy. Laser light is absorbed by the skin's surface and vaporizes the outer layers of the skin. It is excellent for treatment of discolored skin due to either sun exposure or hormones, for the removal of aging lines of the lips, eyelids and cheek areas, as well as for toning the skin of the entire face.

Standard Face & Neck Lift
The natural aging process, genetic influences, exposure to the sun and other factors cause the skin to wrinkle and sag. Skin folds become more prominent, especially around the chin, jaw line and neck.

A rhytidectomy, or facelift, can give you a more youthful appearance by tightening facial skin and muscles and removing excess fat. When a facelift is performed, skin, connective tissue and sagging muscles are tightened. In some cases, fat deposits are reduced from beneath the chin and neck, allowing the skin to reposition itself in a more ideal manner.

Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is a procedure designed to correct sagging eyelids, pouches beneath the eyes and excess folds around the eyes. A blepharoplasty may be performed on either the upper or lower eyelids, or both during the same operation. Excess fat, muscle and skin are removed to eliminate sagging, puffy eyelids. Incisions are made in the natural skin creases around the eyelids, making scars inconspicuous.

Forehead Lift
A forehead or brow lift is often done in conjunction with blepharoplasty to improve brow positioning, reduce forehead wrinkles and soften the crow's feet area. During a forehead or brow lift, a variety of incisions are available and will be tailored to your personal preference. Oftentimes, the forehead can be rejuvenated by simply elevating the eyebrows via a small incision above each brow.

Filling Agents
Sunlight, natural aging and lifestyle factors can diminish the collagen layer that supports the skin, and whenever collagen diminishes, unwanted facial lines and wrinkles can appear.

Since 1981, when collagen was first approved by the FDA, collagen injections have been a safe, effective and time tested nonsurgical wrinkle treatment that can smooth away telltale lines and wrinkles or add definition to the lip border, all in just one quick office visit.

Following collagen treatments, normal activities can be resumed immediately. Discomfort is minimal. The treatment area can have a little swelling lasting no more that a few hours. There may also be some slight brusing which can easily be covered with makeup. Depending on the area treated, results usually last from 3 to 6 months.

We currently use a human based collagen, called Cosmoderm and Cosmoplast. These fillers can be used without a pre-treatment skin test.

We also have Restylane and Juvederm, hyaluronic acids, which are filling agents that can be used without pre-treatment skin tests. The results last from 6 to 9 months with similar results and precautions as the collagen.

Botox
Botox treatments are an in-office procedure and are one of the most effective means of reducing dynamic facial lines that appear around the eyes and forehead. Botox is extremely safe and effective, and by selectively preventing the muscle's ability to contract, existing lines are smoothed out.

Following treatment, patients can within hours return to normal activities. In some cases, bruising or redness may appear which can be covered up with make-up. The benefits of this treatment can usually be appreciated within 1-4 days and will last up to 4 months.
